📓Starting Simplified Guide

BDO Simplified Main Quest is an optional quest line to quickly complete much of the main quest line. It allows us to do this by completing a series of quests in which we must reach specific levels.

How to start

1. After joining inside the game, the Black Spirit will be invoked, and you will receive the following questline mission. Complete all missions before starting the mission 'The Start of an Adventure'.

1. Complete all the quests given by the Beginning of Journey.

Simplified Main Quest Start

The Simplified Main Quest line starts soon after you enter Velia and have completed the quest, “[Balenos] Dark Clouds Over Velia” given by Hans, the guard stationed at the road into Velia.

After completing this quest by speaking to Alustin, you will get a pop up window like any other Crossroad Quest option.

Choose the button that says, “[Crossroad] Simplified.”

The Simplified Questline will start with the quest “[Special Growth] Birth of Prestigious Family” given by Black Spirit.

It's necessary to complete all Special Growth chapters to avoid problems.

If you already have a character created and have already completed the quest '[The Mouth and Hand of the Alchemist],' you will no longer be able to choose the simplified quest option.

If a pop-up appears asking you to select a quest while you are already playing with the character, you can choose to accept the simple quest or decline, as shown in the image above.

Choosing “[Crossroad] Simplified” skips (and completes) the rest of Balenos, Serendia, Calpheon, and Mediah main quests lines! Don’t choose this if you like to quest!
