You can obtain Concentrated Boss's Aura by heating (hotkey: L) unenhanced boss weapons from the likes of Kzarka and Kutum, or unenhanced boss armor like Giath's Helmet or Bheg's Gloves. These can be obtained at a low chance when defeating their respective world & field bosses, or purchased from the Central Market.
It can be exchanged at Dorin Mogrin
Knowledge of "The Three Legendary Blacksmiths" (obtainable on Black Spirit)
Level 56+ on your character
Quest cooldown: 4 hours
The items needs to be in your inventory, the items must not be locked in the inventory.
If you have all the requirements and the quest is still not showing up, try logging out of the game and logging back in.
Make sure you have all quest types active in the quest menu (button O).
